Glass Pass is an exterior-only window cleaning service. Our young team members never enter your home, and every qualifying home must have windows reachable safely from the ground.
Our team works exclusively from outside.
No ladders, no rooftop access. All windows must be safely reachable from the ground (up to 3 stories).
We confirm your home qualifies at the first visit. Not every property is a fit — and that's okay.
Use this for your interior windows yourself, or we can make sure they're handled by one of our trusted professional partners. Either way, your whole home is covered.

Most homes qualify for the Starter Pass ($38/mo, up to 20 windows). Homes with 21–30 windows typically fall under Plus ($48/mo), and homes with 31–45 windows are covered by the Estate Pass ($68/mo). We confirm your exact window count at the first visit — no surprises.
Glass Pass is an exterior-only service — our young team members never enter your home. Any interior work, or windows outside our safe access requirements, is handled by one of our trusted local adult partners. Just mention it when you sign up and we'll arrange everything.
Our team cleans all exterior-facing windows from the ground. We use professional-grade pure water-fed equipment that reaches safely without ladders. Every home must have windows accessible safely from the ground level (up to 3 stories). Homes requiring ladder access, roof access, or interior entry will need a modified membership or those windows can be left off the scope of work.
We handle everything. Once you join, we automatically book your four seasonal cleanings and send you a heads-up before each visit. You never need to call, request a date, or follow up. That's the whole point.
